Important information on COVID-19
Our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers. Our office remains open while we closely monitor and follow the recommendations and guidelines that all levels of Government have set out. We provide ongoing support for a variety of industries.
Some of our staff have been temporarily laid off and while the remaining employees are dedicated to keeping things running as smoothly as possible, turnaround times may be slightly delayed. We ask for, and appreciate, your assistance and patience as we navigate this difficult situation.
UPS and Canada Post are currently handling a high volume of online purchases, which may result in some delays. Please reference your tracking number for expected delivery dates.
Picking up Orders
If you regularly pick up, and would like to continue to do so, we have implemented a process so that we are maintaining proper distancing. When you receive notification that your order is ready, please call us to arrange a pick up time.
- During regular business hours (Mon to Fri, 9-5), you may collect your order from our lobby, a separate area located just prior to our main reception.
- If you prefer to stay in your car, please call us when you arrive and we will place your order in the trunk of your vehicle.
- Outside of regular business hours, you may request that we leave your order in our mailbox just to the right of our main entrance. Depending on the size and number of orders left in our mailbox, yours may be placed on the ground just underneath.
Canada Post continues to pick up from our location on a daily basis so our mailing programs are still fully operational.
