Terms and Conditions
a) Prices listed on this website include 3 proofs e-mailed to you and one corrected personal photograph for the ordered product.
b) Additional charges will apply for proofs beyond the third proof and/or for more than one corrected photograph.
2. PROOFING & APPROVAL
a) Proofs shall be provided ONLY for the chosen template. If you wish to see a proof for more than one template, additional charges will apply. b) Colour Tech accepts no responsibility for spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer. c) Colour Tech will not print your order until written approval of your proof has been received. d) There may be a colour variance between what you see on screen and the printed product. Screen proofs are used to confirm text accuracy, image proportion and placement and may not be true colour representations of the final product. For these types of concerns, Colour Proofs are available for purchase. e) Due to differences in equipment, paper, ink and toner, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and the completed job is to be expected and is within industry standards. f) We recommend that a printed colour sample accompany all Print-Ready Files supplied to us. If no printed colour sample is supplied, a Colour Proof is available for purchase. If you decline to purchase a Colour Proof, the file will be printed as supplied.
Corrected photographs are available to you in an appropriate format for an additional charge.
4. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES
a) Production turnaround times vary from product to product and do not begin until we have received written approval and payment in full. b) A Rush Service is available for certain products and a Rush Service Charge will be applied. c) All products will be produced to generally accepted industry standards. One hundred percent repeatability of printing ink shades is not possible. Paper mills may vary shades slightly. Industry standard of 5% overruns or underruns will prevail.
5. POSTCARDS & OTHER PRODUCTS MAILED ON YOUR BEHALF
a) Colour Tech Marketing Inc. does not guarantee turnaround timeframes; however we generally print, address and mail your postcards First Class within 48 hours of having all information necessary to create your postcard (excluding weekends and holidays). b) Your postcards are deposited into the Canada Post Gateway facility in Mississauga, after which they become the responsibility of Canada Post. c) These mailings are addressed with the addresses generated based on your listing criteria or by information supplied by you, the client. Canada Post delivery standards on First Class mail are generally two (2) to eight (8) business days. For further information or clarification, please refer to their website: www.canadapost.ca. d) When you place your Order, you agree that delivery to Canada Post fulfills our order obligations and you must waive any right to dispute any related credit card charges because of delayed or non-delivery by Canada Post.
6. RADIAL SEARCHES/MAILING LISTS
Mailing Lists/Radial Searches provided by Colour Tech may contain telephone numbers that are registered on the National DNCL. The responsibility lies with the Agent to ensure they do not place calls to those numbers by registering themselves as a Telemarketer with the National DNCL. a) Payment is required at the time of order placement. Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit, Cash, Cheques and Email Transfers. b) The total order price will be debited to your credit card immediately upon receipt of the order by Colour Tech. c) Orders being paid by cheque will be held until full payment is received by Colour Tech. For any cheque returns on account of insufficient funds, an NSF charge of $30 will be levied over and above your original order value.

SHIPPINGa) When you place your Order, you agree that delivery to, or pick up by, a mail service provider or courier fulfills our order obligations and you waive any right to dispute any related credit card charges because of delayed or non-delivery. b) All deliveries to residential addresses will attract an additional $5 charge, over and above the normal shipping charges.
c) Changes to a shipping address that are applied after the ordered product has shipped will incur extra charges as issued by the mail service provider or courier. These charges will be passed along to the customer and payment will be required prior to redirection to the corrected address.

10. CANCELLED ORDERS
If, for any reason you cancel your order, you are responsible for the payment for any work done PRIOR to cancellation. The minimum charge is your set up fee or C$25, whichever is greater.
11. ORDER DISCREPANCY
Any discrepancies must be reported to Colour Tech Marketing Inc. within 30 days of receipt of your order.
