Many of you know that Colour Tech is a Canadian owned company but you’re probably not aware of the diversity within its walls. With a dozen or more different cultures among staff, each day brings a uniquely different flair to our everyday work life.
Whether it’s the wafting aroma of an exotic lunch dish (and the chance to taste a morsel) or the distinctively ethnic design of a piece of jewellery, it opens the door to dialogue we may not have had, one in which we allow ourselves to learn more about their heritage, customs, etc. As they plan a trip back to their homeland, we become excited for them and we look forward to their return knowing they will share photos and stories.
Even though we are so very different, I’m sure we are exactly the same in our appreciation of the life we live. The value we place on this land is only heightened each night at 6pm when images portray what the rest of the world deals with.
So, to Canadians everywhere, whether you were born here, transplanted here or enthusiastically chose the Canadian way of life, we at Colour Tech would like to say ‘Happy Canada Day’ and invite you to tell us why you appreciate this life.
